1.水过滤器中水不满或有大量气泡,冷冻水进口压力连续低于0.01MPa，水的流量不足，进水管道阻力太大或管道堵塞，管道及单向阀有漏气处停机，按不同情况对症处理，增大水的压力与流量，减少管道阻力，将水通过冷水箱镇静，检修管道及单向阀漏气处。
Less water or lots bubble in the water filter, chilled water inlet pressure continuous below 0.01 MPA, the flow of water shortage, water pipelines is blockage or pipe resistance is too big, pipeline and one-way valve has air leak will stop machine, according to the different situation, we can increase the water pressure and flow, fix the pipeline resistance, make the water stable through the cold water tank, check the leakage of pipe and one-way valve.
2.泵体运转正常但不出液,泵体内存气将泵体排气，向泵内注液。
The pump is working but no liquid feed out, there is air in pump, exhaust the air and feed liquid in pump.
3.预碳化罐进水缓慢,罐内喷头堵塞，水过滤器中滤网堵塞停机，清洗喷头及滤网。
Drink feed slowly in pre-carbonated tank because spray ball is clogging, or filtering net is clogging in water filter, cleaning the spray ball and filter.
4.电磁阀打不开或打开缓慢属电磁阀故障,按电磁阀使用说明书处理。
The solenoid valve cannot open or open slowly because of solenoid valve problem, fix it according to manual book of solenoid valve.
5.糖浆罐不进糖浆,糖浆泵吸空，浮球液位计电信号失灵；糖浆泵故障，单向阀失录,对糖浆泵排气，检修浮球液位计单向阀，按糖浆泵说明书排除。
Syrup cannot feed in syrup tank, syrup pump is vacuum, float level gauge electrical failure, Syrup pump failure, one-way valve isn’t work, exhaust gas in syrup pump, check one-way of float level gauge, do as syrup pump manual book.
6. 流量计浮子上下窜动，液体内有大量气泡,管道严重漏气；有的阀未关严，检查管路及有关阀门。
Flow meter floater always move up and down, lots bubble in drink, the liquid pipelines serious leak, some valves are not locked, check all pipes and valves.
