Rotary outer washer：
The outer washer is adopting imitation of a special type of brush to clean the external of the 5 gallon bottles to guarantee the outside quality
Double star- wheel drive the inlet and outlet of the bottles, no bottle blocked, no bottle hurt.
The rotary type bottom brushes goes after the bottles to clean the bottom of the bottle.
The side brushes and the central brushes rotate to an opposite direction.
Adapt to the speed of production lines automatically, and stops when there is no bottles or too much bottles.
A clutch is adopted for the active power transmission to make sure no bottles will be hurt when there are some special circumstances.
The cross-contamination problem of the washing liquid is solved effectively.
The reused water is coming from the inner washer to save the running cost.
